The primary goal of the Outdoor Behavioural Training (OBT) sessions was to provide participants with immersive experiences through various outdoor management games and facilitated activities. These sessions were designed to focus on critical areas such as self-awareness, leadership skills, team dynamics, effective communication, and personal development, which are essential for shaping the right attitude and competencies for success in their careers during their time at college.
The OBT experience addressed the following key areas:
The participants exhibited high energy and active involvement throughout all activities. They not only engaged fully in the exercises but also contributed by sharing reflections, learnings, and opinions during the debriefing and facilitation sessions. This reflective approach helped deepen their understanding and personal growth.
The OBT sessions were conducted for three separate MBA batches, with each session designed to include ice-breaking activities, energizing games, team-building exercises, and major activities aimed at honing leadership and teamwork skills.
